Can my child have milk at school?
Yes. You can register on the internet at www.coolmilk.co.uk, or you can obtain a school milk order form from the school office.
Is my child eligible for free school meals and if so how do I apply?
Information and application forms for free school meals are available from the school office, or you can contact the Warwickshire County Council Free School Meals Office on 01926 742060.
How can I help out in school or on school trips?
Check with your child’s class teacher in the first instance. Please note all volunteers in school must undergo a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check before they can help. Disclosure application forms are available from the school office.
How do I order school uniform?
Order forms for school uniform are available from the office or can be downloaded from the Virtual School Office section of the website. Complete the form and return it to the office with the correct money in an envelope clearly marked “School Uniform Order” by the Wednesday of one week and your order will be dealt with by the Friends and given to your child the following Wednesday.
How do I apply for a holiday during term time?
A holiday form can be downloaded from the virtual school office section of the site, or is available from the school office.
Can my child be given medicine in school?
Parents are asked to come into school and administer medicines as required. Children, however, are encouraged to be responsible for the administration of their own inhalers. If your child needs to have an inhaler in school please make sure that it is clearly marked with their name and class, and that the teacher is made aware of any requirements.
