Silk Panel Painting

We helped paint a silk panel which will be illuminated by being hung in front of a window in All Saints' church in the run up to Christmas.

Cinema Trip

Years 1 and 2 enjoyed their trip to Warwick Arts Centre to see a screening of James and The Giant Peach, thanks to free cinema seats from the Into Film Festival and the buses paid for by the Friends.

Exploring Science

Mad Science delivered an entertaining and educational assembly for the whole school.

Father's Day Breakfast

Going to the Races

The whole school turned out to cheer on the competitors in the Aviva Women's Tour which passed through Warwick on the second stage of this important professional women's cycling event.

Federation Choir at the Royal Albert Hall

The federation choir had the most amazing day on 14th June - the opportunity to perform on stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London. After learning songs during choir sessions in school with Miss McLean and Miss Painter the children travelled to London and rehearsed as part of a choir of 2000 children from across England, participating in the Armonico Consort AC Academy. In the evening they performed to a very enthusiastic audience of families and friends who had also travelled across the country to attend. The photos show our children, who were actually performing throughout from the centre of the stage. What an amazing experience, one which was thoroughly enjoyed by all of our children and families and will be one which we'll remember forever!

Tea With Mother

The children enjoyed afternoon tea with their mums to celebrate Mother's Day.

The children performed well at the recent gymnastics competition.

Official Duties

The chicks in the office have been working hard.

Raising the Roof

Emscote Voices and All Saints' Voices took part in one of the largest school choir concerts in the world at the Genting Arena in Birmingham recently. The Federation choir had a wonderful time participating in the massive Young Voices concert, enjoying the arena experience singing with a full live band, backing singers and an internationally-acclaimed director.

Festive Season

The Christmas show season culminated in a year 2 carol concert in the church.

The children enjoyed visiting All Saints' to see their Christmas show.

The annual panto was very-well received.

And the school Christmas lunch was great festive fun.

The school choir sang at Hatton Country World.

Supporting Science

National Grid kindly came to the school to carry out some science work with years 1 and 2. They provided different activities for thie children for them to explore the various scientific concepts, including floating, conductivity, windmills and magnets.

Shoebox Appeal

We are delighted to have collected 55 gift-filled and wrapped shoeboxes for this year's Samaritans's Purse Operation Christmas Child appeal.

Our boxes joined those collected by All Saints' School and the church to make a grand total of 163 that are due to be taken to Samaritan's Purse's depot on 17th November to await transportation abroad.
